Absolutely horrible. I referred my daughter to take her kitten there for neutering. They were extremely rough with little Tigger. Very rude customer service. When picking him up after the procedure they had him soaking in his own urine and shoved the carrier into her hands without even letting her inside. It's been a year and his testicles are still swollen. You definitely get what you pay for. Beware.
It may take awhile to get an appointment, but its worth the wait in the money you'll save in altering your pet thru them. They are very efficient and take care of your furbabies while in their care. $90 for female cats, $85 for males, $40 deposit due at booking and balance due upon pickup. Same day altering.
Great for what it is. However, y'all need to work on being more professional. ESPECIALLY TO PEOPLE WHO ARE DROPPING A FAMILY MEMBER OFF WITH YOU. I've taken all 8 of my cats here and after the way I was treated this time... this is no longer an option.
They did a good job with my dog but, Very rude customer service. Told them after 2pm for pickup. However, the dog was ready at 12pm. They were so rude to my wife upon arrival.
I appreciate the services they provide, but I wouldn’t bother taking your pet here tbh. This place is great for TNR and helping with ferals but they do a group drop off and a group discharge so they make like ten people stand in a cramped room twice and it’s kind of overwhelming. Its worth noting that if you go in with no fleas they will call you in the afternoon and tell you that you have fleas and they will want to sell you a flea product that’s $11 but it has to be CASH because anything under $15 can’t be charged to a card. I ONLY had a credit card and none of my animals at home have fleas so my thing is why would you purposefully overbook yourself and have so many potential flea risks in the same area at the same time for an extended period of time? You NEVER want to hear from an animal care facility that they might get fleas from their establishment and then give you a hard time when you tell them that you didn’t have fleas when you came in and cannot pay for their treatment. Luckily we did a thorough brush and check before bringing him back in the house and we found no fleas but it’s worth the wait for a better animal care facility in my experience.
Clean, efficient, and affordable. This will not be your friendly regular vet as the work in speed and volume, but they perform an important community service and do it well.
They are very nice and well organized. My cat didn't seem scared when I picked him up and everything they said was going to happen happened exactly that way.
The process was quick and efficient. While it did take them a while to get back to me so I could make the appointment, I understand that due to what’s included in the price I’m not surprised. That being said when they did get back to me with an appointment and I had a conflict, it was super easy to get my appointment changed. Pickup and drop off were crazy easy. My only complaint is that they don’t call to let you know when your pet is out of surgery and how they did (even though pickup is same day, it would still calm nerves knowing all is well.). It was also frustrating not having a number to call to ask about how surgery went.
All in all it was a wonderful experience with incredibly kind and caring staff and thorough instructions on post-op care.
(Pic: My kitten Sawyer still dopey on anesthesia a couple hours after coming home. 😆)
